Wonderful hotel! Huge apartment! Beautiful modern apartment, really comfortable beds. Fantastic food and all inclusive facilities. Great pools for the kids. Really impressed, lovely hotel.

Wonderful resort Just back from a week at this hotel. We were 2 ladies and were upgraded to a two bedroomed apartment which was very comfortable and suited us perfectly. We were on ETA. Ladies on reception were helpful with busses etc and we visited Bourgas, Nessebar and Pomorie old town by bus. We ate 3 times at Mediterranean Fish Restaurant and meals were delicious. I did stretching class every morning and had a massage and a pedicure. Location of this hotel was perfect for us. We were on B&B so paid for loungers on beach which was cheap. Beach and every where is so clean. It was a very relaxing resort and place to visit an we would go back again. Animation team were excellent and folklore show was great. Cocktails were very enjoyable and all in all it was a great holiday.

We booked this hotel last minute and were able to get a room facing the sea at a very reasonable rate. The resort is clearly designed so that people don’t have to get out as the area around it is really not very nice. The hotel itself has a sumptuous lobby and the room was nicely designed, but fairly basic in amenities and decor. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. They also have a good French restaurant ( La Bohème). Good service in the hotel. Just be aware they do not accept American Express.

Very good service. The hotel offer everything you may need, there are organized activities, gym, pools, bars and the best part the hotel is directly on the beach! The restaurants are on a really high level and offer a great variety of food.

This was our second stay at the Sunset Resort hotel within a time frame of 3 years. Once again it was a wonderful experience. I have early teenage kids and they had the time of their lives. Clean pools, Waterpark, Sea,.... The potential to have fun all day was endless and the majority (except Jet Ski & Waterpark) is included in the All Inclusive formula. Having said that, I have 2 small remarks & tips : - As the place has been growing enormously, there are some additional wings outside of the resort now (called Family wing). Very clean and nice, but as it is a little bit out of the resort, it created another experience. Missing the "in resort" feeling on the balcony in the evening. - Crisps or peanuts during the day are not available in the All Inclusive formula. (Tip for the hotel)

we went to sunset resort on a family holiday, 7 people , four Adults three children , with teletext holidays. The childrens ages were 10, 5 , and 3. teletext hols were great , all travel arrangements went smoothly and on time . Sunset Resort was fantastic ! you had to look very hard to find something to complain about, even then i cant think of anything . ok lets start .Hotel is spotless in all areas, Food , is excellent and plentiful , and varied, Entertainment team led by bobi, do a fantastic job , no one is left out of games and age is no barrier, if you dont feel like taking part thats fine as well , they try very hard to entertain everyone, well done !.contrary to some reviews the staff were very pleasant , and helpful , Eta lobby bar , Neli , reception staff were very efficient, one exception was a lunatic pool attendant who must have been given a whistle for his birthday, despite his advancing years he wore a bandana, and blew his whistle for the least thing , sad.The beach is superb , we are in our sixties and had our first go on jetskis with our grandkids, played tenpin bowling at night on several occasions , Hotel pools are brilliant , varied, and safe, Our room was in Eta building again well kept and spotlessly clean , room looked out over main road which wasnt great but no problem .all in all great time was had by all theres not much outside the resort but take a ride into Pomorie , by horse drawn cart for a laugh. see you soon !

This was mine & my boyfriends 1st time visiting bulgaria & the sunset resort. We were not disappointed. Beautiful views from the apartment, huge apartment with plenty of room & also fitted with a safe which i found an added bonus. The swimming pools were clean, child & adult friendly, the beach was right beside the resort clean & sun liners to lie on, 5 wonderful restaurants to eat in all of which were reasonable & all had a different theme i.e italian, asian. Great value for money & staff throughout the whole complex were friendly, had fantastic english & also helpful. Taxi's & buses right outside the complex, this was so handy. We will definetly be back, would recommend to anyone to stay here. Loved it :)

We were 2 families with children over 15 and we had the most fabulous holiday! The pool areas were beautiful, the bedrooms much better than pictured and our balcony was just brilliant. The Manager was always round and talking to guests, nothing was too much trouble. Our children loved the proximity of the sunny beach about 20 mins away and they were able to enjoy the party there, but retreat to our oasis.

Great complex , especially for families, but also good for couples. Italian, Asian and sea food restaurants. SPA ,indoor pool, three outdoor pools, bowling. Next year will be a aqua park across the road . City of Pomorie has many restaurants to offer fish and local food. Also few good beach bars and night clubs, if you want to go out. Generally good place.
